Shipping

We pack and post from Norwest, New South Wales.

Within Australia

• Standard — $6.50, and free on orders over $69.
• Express — $15, or $5 on orders over $69.

International

Flat $20 to 27 countries, including New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and most of Western Europe. If we can ship to your country, it will appear at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. The item needs to be unworn, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email info@thoselittlethings.com.au before sending anything back.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, tell us straight away and we will make it right.

Custom or personalised pieces, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

For an exchange, the quickest route is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
